GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Registration for the I RH2Enovables Conference for Industrial Defossilization.

  1. Purpose

This document establishes the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to registration for the I RH2Enovables Conference for Industrial Defossilization, organized by the Algeciras Technology Campus Foundation and the University of Cádiz, which will be held at the Higher Technical School of Engineering of Algeciras (ETSIA) on October 29 and 30, 2025.

  1. Registration Process

Registration for the Conference is carried out through the official website https://rh2edincongreso.com/ using the form provided for this purpose.
Registration will be effective once full payment of the corresponding fee has been received and confirmation has been provided by the organizers.

  1. Fees

Registration fees are detailed on the Conference website and include:

  • Access to scientific sessions
  • Conference documentation
  • Certificate of participation
  • Coffee breaks and networking lunches.

Fees may vary depending on the type of participant and the registration date (early or regular).

  1. Payment Methods

Only the following payment method is accepted:

  • Bank transfer

All bank charges will be borne by the participant.

  1. Registration Confirmation

Once payment has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to the participant with the registration details.
It is the participant’s responsibility to verify the information and notify the organizers of any errors.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be requested in writing to the following email: secretaria@campustecnologicoalgeciras.es, providing justification for the reasons, and refunds will only be processed for force majeure circumstances.

Refunds will be processed after the Conference, deducting administrative expenses.

  1. Program Modifications

The organizers reserve the right to modify the Conference program, speakers, or event venue for justified reasons, committing to inform registered participants with as much advance notice as possible.

  1. Conference Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, the organizers will refund the registration fee, but will not be responsible for other expenses the participant may have incurred (travel, accommodation, etc.).

  1. Data Protection

In accordance with current data protection legislation, personal data collected will be used exclusively for purposes related to Conference management and will not be transferred to third parties without the consent of the data subject.

  1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Submission of the registration form implies express acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
